✦ Open to any fandoms.
✦ Details of the design project should be prepared beforehand. Clients must provide the reference/theme/pegs and necessary files.
✦ If using fansite photos, clients must ask the permission of the fansites first before sending it. Photos should be in HD or must include the photo source link.
✦ All designs, especially those with fansite photos, should only be for non-commercial use.
✦ Minor revisions are free.
✦ Rates are negotiable and may vary depending on the designs/projects.
✦ All files are digital copies only and will be sent via GDrive. (File format: JPG/PNG/PDF - will also provide format good for printing, if necessary)
✦ Designer reserves the right to decline commissions that are beyond their capabilities or availability.
✦ A full payment or at least 50% down payment is required to start the project. The remaining balance can be settled upon completion of the design.
✦ Cancellation is allowed as long as the designing of the project has not started yet.
✦ Transaction and information shared between the client and designer shall be kept confidential.
